Where are your products made?

Right here in Perth, Western Australia.

How long does it take to complete my print order?

All print orders will be dispatched within 4-7 business days.
We stock limited quantities therefore all of our prints are made to order.

Custom print orders have a 7-14 day turnaround. 
In a rush? Add our "priority fee" onto your custom order.

If there is any delays (longer than 14 days), we will contact you.

We appreciate your patience.

What is the "priority fee"? 

In a rush or looking for a last minute gift?

The priority fee is available for all customised print orders. This ensures your product is completed within a 4-7 day turnaround rather then the normal 7-14 day turnaround.

The priority fee does not include shipping fees or shipping times.

Rumours of a laser studio?

Our Laser Studio is officially open, with our Mothers Day collection being our first collection.

We have some exciting new products and product expansions we've been busy working on and can't wait to share them with you soon!

Do you offer alternative materials or colours for your laser products?

At this stage we only offer whats available to purchase on the website. We hope to expand our range as our Laser Studio grows throughout 2026.

How to clean our acrylic bookmarks & keychains?

Please use non abrasive cleaners and soft tissue to wipe clean.

These may scratch or have slight imperfections over time depending on use/care.

Who are our bookmarks & keychains designed for?

The everyday person looking for something aesthetically creative but simple to suit their everyday life.

These are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, they have small parts and may present as a choking hazard. W&S is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the misuse of our products.

 How long does it take to complete customised laser orders?

Being a one woman show and working full-time outside of W&S our current turn around is 2-3 weeks.

Your order may be completed earlier than 2 weeks, this will depend on how many orders we have to complete. Our turn around time excludes shipping times, please keep this in mind when purchasing gifts.

How long does my order take to ship?

All of our orders are shipped with Australia Post.

We offer standard shipping and express shipping options.

Please refer to the Australia Post website for calculated shipping times based on your location.
Unfortunately there may be delays during peak times of the year (eg: Christmas), please keep this in mind when purchasing gifts.

All shipping is handled in accordance with Australia Post's T&Cs.

How much will the shipping cost?

Your shipping total will be calculated at the checkout.

We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for standard and $14.95 for express.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship Australia Wide.

We hope to open International orders soon.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we have just started to offer local delivery for a small fee for those local to us in Perth NOR.

While there is still a fee it is cheaper than our flat rate shipping with Aus post. All local delivery orders will be left in a safe place. Local delivery is not available for PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses, for this type of shipping you must select "standard" or "express" shipping at the checkout. Timeframes for delivery will be listed at the checkout based on your postcode.

We charge a flat rate based on postcodes:
6065 = $4.95
6027 = $5.95
6028 = $6.95
6025 & 6030 = $7.95

Do you offer local pick up?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer local pick up to the public.

If you are family or friends, please reach out prior to placing your order.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order please get in touch with us via our "contact" page within 24 hours of receiving your order.

My product is faulty or has arrived damaged.

If you product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us via our "contact" page and we will find the best solution for you.

Photo proof is required of the damaged package/faulty item, the package/items must be kept and contact made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Any contact made after 24 hours will not be considered.

Do you offer promotional codes and bulk discounts?

Every now and then we will post promotional discount codes on our social media platforms (keep an eye out for those).

When entering promotional codes, please ensure all characters have been entered correctly (case sensitive) and that the code hasn't expired.

Being a small business, we unfortunately do not offer bulk discounts at this time. Please keep an eye out for our discount codes if your wanting a discount for a bulk purchase.

Are your products for general re-sale?

All of our products have been created by us here at Willow & Sage Co.
None of our products are available for re-sale.

If you are interested in stocking our products within your store/space, please refer above and reach out via our "contact" page.

Willow & Sage Co has purchased all relevant licensing for any artwork/illustrations not created by us, these licenses do not extend to the buyer to sell on their purchases.
